These terms cover your use of the spinroute website, waitlist, and app (the “Service”). By using the Service or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
The beta
spinroute is in active development and provided as is, without warranties. Features, coverage, and availability may change, and the Service may be interrupted while we build it.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we may email you about your city's launch. You can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell or rent your email.
Eligibility & your account
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. When accounts are available, you're responsible for activity under yours and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to break the Service.
- Don't use it for anything unlawful or that infringes others' rights.
- Ride responsibly — follow local laws and operator rules.
Bikeshare operators are independent
spinroute aggregates information about bikeshare and micromobility operators (such as Capital Bikeshare, Lime, Bird, Spin, and others). Those operators are independent third parties. We don't operate their vehicles or guarantee their availability, pricing, or accuracy — your rental is governed by the operator's own terms.
Navigation & safety
Routing and availability are aids, not guarantees. Always use your own judgment, watch the road, and obey traffic laws. You are responsible for your own safety while riding.
Intellectual property
The spinroute name, brand, and software are ours. You keep ownership of the content you create (like your rides); you grant us the permission needed to operate the Service for you.
Disclaimers & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and spinroute isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
